Logo Design – Camino en Cielo This project involved the development of a brand logo for Camino en Cielo, a personal fashion label founded by an influencer with a strong lifestyle and identity-driven presence. Translating to “I walk above the sky” in Spanish, the name reflects aspiration, lightness, and emotional elevation. I was commissioned to create a simple yet meaningful text-based logo that visually reinforces this poetic concept.
My Approach
My design focused on clarity, minimalism, and symbolism. I created a custom elegant wordmark that visually lifts the phrase “Camino en Cielo” by pairing it with a subtle icon of three birds in flight a visual metaphor that places the text above the sky. The birds were positioned above the logo to complete the narrative, creating a sense of upward motion and spiritual freedom.
Vision and Innovation
The vision behind the logo was to create an identity that felt elevated yet grounded sophisticated enough for fashion applications but emotionally resonant for personal storytelling. By balancing clean typography with soft symbolic detail, the logo serves as a flexible and meaningful visual anchor for the brand.
Identifying Unique Challenges
The main challenge was achieving a logo that was visually simple but emotionally rich—able to carry the poetic weight of the brand name without overcomplication. It also needed to work seamlessly across different brand assets, from clothing tags to social media profiles.
Resolving Complex Problems
To resolve this, I designed a scalable logo system with a clean sans-serif typeface paired with hand-adjusted kerning for balance and readability. The flying birds icon was designed to complement the typography in both standalone and combined versions. I ensured the logo maintained harmony and legibility whether used in full or in abbreviated formats.
Client-Focused Process
Working closely with the influencer and brand owner, I explored visual directions that aligned with their personal values and brand vision. Through collaborative refinement rounds, we landed on a final version that captured both the elegance and emotional essence of Camino en Cielo.
