Event Design – Mädchen House Vol. 1 "Mädchen Nights" This project marked the launch of Mädchen House’s debut event, Mädchen Nights a concept-driven nightlife experience designed to introduce the brand’s identity and creative direction. The theme of the event was inspired by the name itself, translating to "the night of the girls," and was visually represented through a deep purple color palette, reflecting elegance, mystery, and feminine energy.
My Approach
My approach involved developing a cohesive creative direction that unified all visual and experiential elements of the event. From lighting design and motion backdrops to printed materials and digital content, every aspect was crafted to immerse guests in the Mädchen Nights atmosphere. I aimed to ensure that all design outputs reinforced the event theme and conveyed the mood of a bold and refined nightlife experience.
Vision and Innovation
The vision was to establish a signature visual identity for Mädchen House’s first volume event setting the tone for future productions. I chose a dark purple theme as a core visual cue, aligning it with the event’s name and nighttime concept. This theme was extended across lighting design, visual screen content, social media campaigns, and promotional assets to create a strong and memorable brand presence from the moment of first contact to the event experience itself.
Identifying Unique Challenges
A major challenge was maintaining consistency across multiple creative outputs—each with different formats and functions while ensuring they collectively supported a singular event identity. It was also essential to ensure that the design resonated with the target audience and enhanced the immersive quality of the event.
Resolving Complex Problems
To tackle these challenges, I developed a detailed visual guideline that informed the creation of all materials, including ticket design, promotional flyers, Instagram content, motion visuals for LED screens, lighting schemes, table price list posters, and in-event photography. This ensured visual consistency and efficient production across mediums. The creative direction was tested through mockups and previews before final execution.
Client-Focused Process
This project was executed with full creative responsibility, while maintaining close collaboration with the Mädchen House team to align every design choice with their branding and strategic goals. Through regular feedback sessions, I refined design assets to match both functional needs and brand storytelling.
Meeting Industry Needs
Mädchen Nights successfully positioned Mädchen House as a thoughtfully branded event organizer, delivering a seamless blend of visual storytelling and nightlife entertainment. The creative direction and execution not only enhanced the audience experience but also established a scalable visual identity for future event volumes proving the value of design-led event production in today’s competitive entertainment landscape.
